At TOAST, we pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
